A life-long appreciation of Mark Rothko's work and recent study of Sterling Ruby's techniques led Dines to create this street-style color field painting, hiding the name of the artwork in the painting itself. This artwork is the first in a series of pieces that Dines is creating for a future exhibition.

Dines and Gutierrez collaborated to create a work as a tribute to her Mom's 80th birthday. Gutierrez painted a neutral base coat, then Dines completed the piece by layering vibrant primary colors to create a celebratory tone, commemorating the milestone.
